Offline experience is the new marketing channel. Build the one your brand owns.
Paid media rents attention and stops the moment the spend stops. Sponsoring somebody else’s evening borrows their room and their audience. The channel that is still growing is the one a brand can stand inside. We design and run an offline wellness experience that belongs to yours: the format, the guest list, the film, and a reason for the same people to come back next quarter.
Built for automotive, fine jewellery, watches, luxury real estate and hospitality brands. One partner across concept, venue, facilitators, guest list, design and film.

01The shift
Attention can be bought. A room has to be built.
Your customer is already spending on wellness, already in a studio at seven in the morning, already choosing a Saturday that leaves her better than it found her. That is where her attention, her money and her identity have moved. The question is only whether your brand is in that room, and whether the room is yours.
Option one
Paid media and creators
Rented attention, priced against everyone else bidding for the same feed.
It stops the moment the spend stops.
It produces impressions, not relationships.
Nothing is left behind when the campaign ends.
Option two
Sponsoring someone else’s night
Association without ownership, one logo among ten.
The audience belongs to the organiser, not to you.
The format is not yours to run again.
You are a line in somebody else’s budget.
The third channel
A room your brand owns
An experience designed around the brand, run by one team, repeatable by design.
A format built for you, and built to run again.
A guest list you shape, and keep.
Film and stills shot on the day, for your channels.
€1.5 trillion
spent on luxury in 2024, and essentially flat, while the money inside it moved out of products and into experiences.
Outside India, this stopped being an experiment years ago.
Nine houses that decided the most valuable thing they could buy was not another impression. It was a room, a morning, and a reason for the right people to keep coming back. Turn any card over for what they actually ran and why it matters to you. Every line is publicly reported, with the source on the back.

What they did
What they did
A travelling house for clients only, with sound baths, massage, cultural lectures and a chef’s table around the car. Daylesford in the Cotswolds in April 2024, Park City, a private island on the Great Barrier Reef, Pebble Beach in 2025.
Why it mattersA format with a name, run again in a new place each season. The car is the reason to be invited, never the agenda.
Yoga on the floor of a Porsche Centre in Egypt. A Pilates class at Porsche Studio Chevy Chase. A weekend retreat from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara with beach yoga and spa alongside the driving. Performance, extended past the car.
Why it mattersThe dealership stops being a showroom for a morning. The same room, a different reason to walk into it.
A jewellery house that built its own movement festival and tours it. The London edition ran from 12 March to 8 April 2025 across Sadler’s Wells, the Royal Ballet and Opera, Tate Modern and the Southbank Centre: ten premieres, thirty-eight performances, more than 350 dancers.
Why it mattersOwned cultural IP, not a sponsorship. The house is the reason the work exists, so the association cannot be outbid.
Audemars Piguet’s answer to the boutique is a private house: a lounge, a listening corner, food, art, a micro-museum, and watches almost incidental to the hospitality. More than twenty of them around the world now.
Why it mattersWhen the room is good enough, the product does not have to be sold in it. Collectors come for the room and the watch follows.
A three-week wellness residency at the Anguilla resort in March 2024, with fitness, walking meditation on the beach and private consultations on sleep and movement, open to hotel guests and to people who live on the island. It ran again the following summer.
Why it mattersOpening the room to the city, not just the guest list, is what turns a property into a place people belong to.
“The Reset” at Los Cabos Pedregal: Pilates, strength, mindfulness and nutrition, billed as the first time the two brands had met in person rather than on a screen. Demand brought it back bigger in April 2025.
Why it mattersA digital audience is worth more once it has been in a room. Year two was bigger because year one existed.
Wellness engineered into the building rather than added to the brochure, in what is billed as the world’s tallest residential tower at Dubai Marina, and a members’ wellness and social club, Six Senses Place, attached to the residences in Dubai and London.
Why it mattersThe programme is the product. Buyers are paying for how the building will be lived in, before it is built.
Residences sold on the lifestyle, the status and the idea of wellbeing that the brand carries, with global membership in the deal. Announced at Amaala in Saudi Arabia and, in November 2025, at a marina in Anguilla.
Why it mattersA wellness brand can carry a property price. The community is the asset being sold, not the square footage.
A pop-up gym where the product is the equipment: yoga with the scarves, kickboxing with the bracelets, voguing with the hats, a branded climbing wall, a beauty lounge after. Free, open to anyone, and it has toured Brooklyn, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, Taipei, Bangkok, Singapore and Los Angeles.
Why it mattersNobody was sold anything, and everybody handled the product for an hour. This is the whole argument in one room.
The pattern is the same every time. No brand speech. No stage. The product is inside the experience rather than beside it, the room is small enough to feel chosen, and the thing that is actually being built is a reason to return. Soho House now runs a wellness vertical across its houses; Kohler designed an ice bath with a social wellness club and launched it at Design Miami. The category is settled abroad. In India it is still open.
And India is ready for it
The audience arrived first. The room is still missing.
Indians are already choosing the experience over the object, and already choosing a Saturday that leaves them better. Run clubs, pilates floors, breathwork circles and sober mornings are quietly taking the place bars used to hold. What has not been built yet is the version of that with a global production bar and a brand inside it. That is the opening, and it closes once somebody takes it.

What the record says
India’s live experiences business is worth about ₹13,000 crore and grew 44% in a single year. Seventy-eight per cent of Indian consumers say they would rather spend on an experience than on a product, and 59% remember the brands they met on the ground. Meanwhile 0.8% of Indian adults hold a gym or fitness membership: the appetite is running well ahead of anything built to hold it.
Forevermark by De Beers · Millemoi collection · Soho House Mumbai · 6 September 2026
A diamond house spent a Saturday morning not selling diamonds.
Twenty-five invited guests. A sharing circle to land the room, guided meditation and breathwork, then sound healing, closing into brunch. The Millemoi collection was in the room and on the facilitators, worn for three hours by the exact women the brand wants wearing it. There was no brand speech, no stage, and nothing for the client to run on the day.
Why a wellness morning, for a diamond brand
Because a jewellery counter gives you ninety seconds and a mirror. A morning like this gives you three hours, a room of people who chose to be there, and a piece that has been on a wrist through something they will remember. Nothing about that is buyable with media.
What we ran
Concept, format and running order, built around the collection.
Venue, design and the display built into the space, not beside it.
Facilitators we select and brief ourselves.
The guest list, the invitations and the room on the day.
One film crew, shooting for both brands.
What they got back
A curated room of the customers paid media cannot reach.
Their pieces worn inside a real moment, for hours.
A finished film and a full set of stills for their own channels.
Nothing to manage on the day. Their words, not ours.
A format that runs again next quarter without starting over.
Their feedback, after the morning
That it met luxury standards, and Forevermark’s own. That the concept, the guest list and the execution were handled end to end, with nothing for them to step into. That it was outstanding.
Shared by the Forevermark team after the event. Relayed, not quoted.
What it would be for you. The same team, the same bar and the same end-to-end control, built around your collection, your car, your address or your property, and designed from the first meeting to run more than once.
04The room
Not a render. Rooms we have already built.
Every frame here was photographed on the day it ran, in our own rooms. Nothing is stock and nothing is borrowed. Every Forevermark still here is the photographer’s own file from the shoot, at full resolution. Tap a frame to read what the format actually is. The strip below moves on its own; drag it, or use the bar to go faster.
The full roomWhat happens
Red light recovery
The format
The close of a session rather than a session of its own. The ride or the flow ends, the floor turns red, and the room lies down where it is.
Sound runs over people while they rest, so they leave settled rather than only worked.
Nothing is asked of anyone. Lighting, sound and timing are directed by us.
For a brand this is the quietest, most photographed part of the morning, and the part people describe afterwards.

Inside the rideWhat happens
Immersive Spinning
The format
A rigged floor of bikes inside a 270 degree wraparound projection, thirty minutes end to end.
Six visual worlds cut to the ride, from desert and pyramids to a laser tunnel, so the room travels while the legs work.
Instructor, sound, lighting and screen content directed by us, not handed to the venue.
The screen content is where a brand lives here. Built into the ride, never a banner at the back.

Sound healingWhat happens
Sound healing
The format
The healer moves through a resting room with chimes, playing over people rather than at them.
It closes a sequence that runs circle, meditation and breathwork, then sound, then food.
Nobody sits up until the last note has gone, and nobody is hurried afterwards.
Facilitators we select and brief ourselves. No compromise on who is in the room.
Tap to turn back
BreathworkWhat happens
Guided meditation and breathwork
The format
A sharing circle first, to land the room and bring strangers into the same morning.
Then guided meditation and breathwork, seated, at a pace the whole circle can follow.
It is placed before the sound and the food on purpose. A room that has breathed together talks differently over brunch.
This is the part that turns a guest list into a room, and it is the part most activations skip.
Tap to turn back
Live
The restWhat happens
The rest, and the food
The format
After the sound the room stays down around the candle ring. The rest is part of the format, not a gap in it.
Then brunch in the same room, so the morning ends in conversation rather than a queue for the lift.
The brand’s pieces sit on the facilitators and in the space throughout. There is no brand speech.
One team runs venue, facilitators, guest list, design and film.

The recovery floorWhat happens
The recovery floor, in motion
The format
What the recovery floor asks of anyone: nothing. Lie down, eyes closed, and the room does the rest.
Red light, low sound and a held silence, so people leave rested rather than only tired.
It sits at the end of Yoga with live music, and at the heart of the Recovery Zone alongside cryotherapy, compression and trigger point work.
Lighting, sound and timing directed by us, in a venue we have dressed for it.

06In their words
Fifteen people who were in the room.
The first two were recorded at Soho House Mumbai on 6 September 2026, during the Forevermark morning. The thirteen after them come from an Aura House room on Yoga Day, 20 June 2026 — founders, marketing heads and creators, which is the community a brand is actually buying its way into. Everyone here is named, with their permission. Tap a phone for sound; after that each plays as you reach it.

07Root cause
Why brand activations feel expensive and leave nothing behind.
WHY 1
The evening ended and nothing carried on.
WHY 2
It was built for a date, not as a format.
WHY 3
The room was rented, so the audience left with the venue.
WHY 4
Ten vendors held a piece each. Nobody held the experience.
WHY 5
Nothing came back that you could keep and use again.
Root causeBought as an event. Never built as a channel.
So we build it as one. The first conversation is about the format, not the date. We design something that belongs to your brand and is meant to run again, we hold the whole thing ourselves so there is no seam between venue, facilitators, design and film, and we hand back the room, the footage and the list. The second edition costs less than the first and works better, which is the entire point and the reason a one-night activation never gets there.
08Built for your category
What this looks like in your business.
Five categories we build for. One is already proven with a client; the rest are designed, costed and ready to run. Bring us the brief and we will bring the format.
Automotive
The car is the least interesting thing in the room
Owners and the people who should be owners spend a morning built around movement and recovery, with the marque as the reason they were invited rather than the thing being demonstrated. The drive is the arrival, not the agenda.
Abroad: Range Rover House, Porsche Centres.
Fine jewellery
Three hours on a wrist beats ninety seconds at a counter
Pieces worn and handled through a real morning by the exact women you want wearing them, in a room built around the collection, with the display inside the space rather than beside it.
Proven: Forevermark by De Beers, 6 September 2026.
Watches
A collectors’ circle small enough to stay on the wrist
A room of twelve to twenty, not two hundred. Movement, sound and recovery around a table where the piece never comes off, and a conversation that is about the watch because nobody was told to have it.
Abroad: AP House, as a permanent version of the same idea.
Luxury real estate
Sell the life before the building is finished
Programme the clubhouse before the tower is sold. Run the format in the show residence so a buyer walks through the amenity working, and keep running it for residents afterwards so the address holds its promise.
Abroad: Six Senses Residences, Equinox Hotels.
Hospitality
Your own wellness IP, not another spa menu
A signature format that runs monthly, fills the quiet hours, brings a city community through the doors, and gives the property something to be known for that a competitor cannot copy by buying the same equipment.
Abroad: Four Seasons with Sensei, Waldorf Astoria with Alo Moves.

What you own afterwards
An evening disappears. A format compounds.
The difference between the two is entirely in what is still yours the following Monday. This is the list we work against, and it is what we hand over.
What we will not do
No brand speech. No stage. No logo wall in the middle of a breathing exercise. No padding the room with people who were never going to buy, to make a number look better. If the guest list has to be filled with strangers to reach a headcount, the headcount was wrong.
The format. Designed around your brand, documented, and yours to run again.
The room. A guest list we build with you, invite ourselves, and hand back with consent.
The film and the stills. Shot on the day by one crew working for both of us, delivered for your channels.
One contract. Venue, design, facilitators, talent, hospitality, production and film under a single team, instead of ten vendors and ten margins.
The debrief. Who came, who stayed to the end, what worked in the room, and what we would change next time.
The next edition. Scoped before the room empties, because the second one costs less and works harder than the first.
09How it starts
Start with one room.
Start here · one edition
One room
A single experience, designed around the brand and run end to end, so you see the bar before you commit to a calendar.
Three to four editions
A season
The format finds its audience, the guest list compounds, and the cost of the room falls every time it runs.
Annual
An owned IP
The format becomes yours: named, scheduled, and attached to your brand rather than to an agency’s calendar.
What comes back after every edition
Who was invited and who actually came. Who stayed to the end. The finished film and the full set of stills, shot on the day for your channels. The guest list, with consent. And a written debrief: what worked in the room, what did not, and what we would change for the next one. The scope and the timings for each of these are set in the proposal, before anything is booked.
Paid media rents you attention for as long as you keep paying. We build a room your brand keeps, and a reason for the same people to come back to it.
A sponsorship puts your logo in somebody else’s evening.Your brand is the reason the evening exists, and the audience is yours afterwards.
An events agency delivers one night, brilliantly, and then leaves. We build a format you can run again next quarter without starting over.
10A note from the founder
Wellness is where your customer’s attention, her money and her sense of herself have already moved. She is in a studio at seven in the morning, and she is choosing the weekend that leaves her better. That is the room your brand should be in, and almost nobody in India has built it properly yet.
My mission is to redefine wellness in India, and I think the luxury houses are how it reaches scale fastest. You have the audience and the standards. We have the formats, the facilitators and the production bar. Put those together and you get something neither a media plan nor a party can buy.
You won’t need ten vendors. One team, one contract, and a format that is still yours next year.
